An MBA graduate from NMIMS, Aman spent 7 years at JP Morgan and Deutsche Bank as Risk Manager. It was here that volunteering experiences gave him his first exposure to the plight of the deaf and hard of hearing community, and he began learning Indian Sign Language in his spare time.
His journey as a social entrepreneur began in 2016 when he kickstarted TEACH and left the corporate sector forever. In 2024 he was honored with the Keshav Srushti Puraskaar Award – for excellence in social work, recognizing his selfless dedication to the deaf and hard of hearing community.
