Equity

TEACH was founded on the belief that all young people, regardless of ability, deserve equal access to education and opportunity. We embrace equity as a guiding principle to actively dismantle the barriers that deaf and hard-of-hearing youth face in higher education and employment.

Excellence

We pursue excellence not just as an outcome, but as a mindset. At TEACH, we are committed to delivering high-quality programs, continuously improving our teaching methods, and setting ambitious goals for student success. Excellence means holding ourselves to the highest standards while innovating to meet the unique challenges of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.

Accountability

TEACH holds itself accountable to the students, families, and communities we serve, and of course the partners who join hands with us. We measure our impact rigorously, report transparently, and welcome feedback as a tool for growth. Internally, accountability drives our culture of ownership and responsibility.
