Who We Are

TEACH  has been founded to cater to the higher education & development of hearing impaired children, which in-turn will help them lead their lives independently and successfully by assisting in their personal, professional and social development. Our “Vision”, “Mission” and “Objectives” have been stated below:

Vision : – Outreaching Education

Mission : – Facilitating Higher Education to Hearing impaired students’ to provide them with an opportunity of leading their lives independently post quality education; and also assisting them in their personal, professional and social development.

Objectives :
• To provide education & training facility to the hearing impaired children to make them self-dependent
• To implement Higher educational programs and English Language Program in Schools for Deaf.
• To help deaf students acquire Graduation through structured program and make them employable for jobs and career opportunities.

TEACH currently works with schools and also caters to in-house students post their tenth exams. The in-house students are taught using multiple innovative techniques and readied to appear for their HSC exams and further continue their education; there is no limit to what these students can achieve with the correct guidance. Concurrently a parallel program has been undertaken in different schools for the hearing impaired where English is taught to them at a granular level before they appear for their SSC exams. TEACH wants to help them lead their lives with dignity, independently & successfully by assisting in their personal, professional and social development.

TEACH has divided its operations into two parts:

In-house Students

Here we cater to students who are part of our centre and have cleared their tenth boards; however, through vernacular medium. We would be teaching them English & Maths in the first year and help them appear for their English SSC board exam. Post this they will progress towards their HSC in English Medium and we will be assisting and training them throughout the way.

Students in other schools

A English Learning Program (ELP) will be concurrently run across various hearing-impaired schools where students post SSC will be taught English from the basic level which exposes them to the language and also help them gain a better understanding of the language. This will also give them an option to join us as in-house students once they clear their SSC.
